What is Pilates?
Pilates is a series of exercises of low impact, kind on your joints and aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates can be performed with or without equipment, but no matter what, you can expect the moves to involve precise movements, breath control and concentration.
