1 Standing scooter
2 Standing leg lift w/ cactus arms into reverse lunge
3 - 4 point kneel hover to side twist.
4 - 4pk knee to nose curl to leg extension w/ tricep dip
5 Ab curl w/ single & double toe taps
6 Single leg glute bridge w/ leg extension & arms o/h reach

Aim for 12-15 reps per exercise (slower the better) & repeat x3-4 rounds! Let me know how you go. 😁
